Gift Aid Express is a simple and easy to use system. Firstly you print out barcodes for your items. When the item sells you scan the bar code and enter the amount it was sold for, the system automatically updates the donor records for you. Simply print off the gift aid donations report, attach it to the HRMC claim form and the money will be in your account within 28 days. The system also enables you to print out letters, emails or telephone lists in order to contact your donors to notify them of the amounts on their accounts.
Pricing
We have two pricing options so you can choose the best option for your organisation.
Option 1
- £950 installation fee and a set monthly fee of £25 with no contract
Option 2
- Spread the cost– No installation fee and a set monthly fee with a choice of contract lengths;
£115 for 12 months
£86 for 18 Months
£75 for 24 months
Upon completion of each contract the fee will revert to a rolling contract of £25 per month.
