Merlin^® Software is a completely new concept in retailing technology, as it offers integrated functionality covering all aspects of your retail or wholesale operation from Warehouse to Web. The standard 'Retail Manager' module offers the following facilities:

1. Stock Control - with multiple pack sizes, Units, Length, Volume and Area PLUS Automatic or Manual Stock Replenishment with direct links to suppliers and e-mail ordering facilities.
2. Sales Ledger - fully integrated into the system for Cash and Account sales with full reconciliation of all accounts
3. Purchase Ledger - fully integrated with automatic Purchase Invoice matching against Purchase Orders
4. EPOS - for all types of 'Customer Present' Sales including Trade and Retail, with Cash on Delivery if required

Additional modules are then available for:

1. Sales Order Processing - for all 'Customer Not Present' sales including the ability to create Quotations and then automatically transfer them directly to orders
2. e-Commerce - for all website transactions including a shopping trolley and integrated payment processing facility
3. Nominal Ledger - with full 'Drill Down' of all transactions, Report Generator and non-destructive close down for Trial Balance output at any time of the month
4. Multi-Currency - with NO limit of the number of currencies available
5. Multi-Branch - using MerlinNet for either Modem, Broadband or even VPN connections
6. Post-Code Look-up - integrated into both EPOS and Sales Order Processing to save time and eliminate data entry errors
7. Chip & PIN - for integrated EFTPOS payment processing
