On purchasing your new Merlin System, we will arrange for a date to orchestrate a full system changeover. We take every precaution to make sure your business and your team are prepared for and ready for the launch.
Part of our installation service includes full network planning, setting up terminals and network printers in the most optimal configuration for your business. This way, your system will be ready to use straight away, allowing you to focus on getting the most out of your new Merlin System.
We deliver comprehensive and tailored training packages to ensure our customers are getting the most out of Merlin. The training you and your team will receive is bespoke and responsive to the needs of the business, and can be split between operational areas to allow staff members of all levels to learn the aspects of Merlin most relevant to them.
Our training can be delivered online, on-site, or from within our offices, and is included as standard with any new order of a Merlin system. Existing customers of Merlin, who have a valid support contract, can also take advantage of our Top-up Refresher courses, or utilise any of our customer support tools - entirely Free of Charge.
