Included within Merlin 8 is Merlin Tickets; a fully integrated online ticketing platform, built to mirror your brand image, offering a consistent user experience for your website visitors. Tickets sold through the portal are automatically emailed to your customers, and payments are sent to you directly, facilitated by our cost effective and reputable payment processors.

Merlin Tickets supports sales of admissions, special events and memberships, automatically synchronising all transactions made to your Merlin 8 system. Real-time stock verifications means that both tills and online will always return the same remaining quantities, preventing oversell. For marketing purposes, you can decide what information the system collects, and request consent for future communications at the point of sale.

We are proud to support the Gift-Aid initiative within the Merlin System. Admission ticket sales can be opted into Gift-Aid at point of sale, automatically adding in a minimum 10% or other donation. Our integration with AFD Postcode Lookup means that donor information can be entered quickly and efficiently, helping you to claim an extra 25% on admissions with no loss in service.

Through Merlin Memberships, you can register up to 5 tiers of supporters or patrons, each with their own unique discounts and benefits across your venue. By associating transactions with registered members, Merlin can provide unique insight into visitor behavior and spending habits to optimise future offerings.

Museum Gift Aid booking

Merlin Tickets fully integrates with Merlinsoft allowing you to sell your tours, tickets and take bookings online and collect and claim Gift Aid in the same single system. This also comes in handy for reporting, seeing how many of your sales come from online vs how many purchase on the EPOS.

We allow you to keep all of your customers data for marketing purposes at no extra cost, and we will never re-sell any of this information and is all fully GDPR compliant.

You can sell unlimited ticket types with restricted or unlimited quantities.

Offer discounts to people who pre-book by allowing dynamic pricing in EPOS vs online.
